Students should not have internet freely
First of all, students are
those who study at school. Nowadays, many teachers give their student
assigments that relate to the internet. According to Merriam-Webster
Dictionary, internet is a communication network that connects computer networks
around the world. Through internet, we can access pictures, videos, and articles.
Even though internet is very useful and helpful, if students are given
permission to access the internet freely, it will cause negative impacts. So, I
agree that students should not have internet access freely.
Th first negative impact is
that students will be able access negative information that can be found easily
on internet, such ashoax news and any thing that not true. Hoax news is the
news that is not true, it can be form as a pictures, articles, videos, etc. How
about students believe it so they can spread the news to their friends. For
example: aliens are coming to the earth, there is a ghost in your bath room and
it can bite you, no that’s not true. If they spread the hoax news so they can
get a punishment from the government.
The second negative impact is
that students will be addicted to the internet and become anti-social. The
examples of things that make students addicted are games and social media.
Games on the internet are addicted because students are interested and like to
play it. It can make students become anti-social because they choose to plat on
the internet rather than to play outside with friends.
The third negative impact is
that students will be lazy and do not want to study. It is because they choose
to play or to access internet rather than to study. Because of that, their
grades at school will be down graded.
So, I agree that students
should not have internet access freely. They may access internet, but under the
watch of their parents.
