Government should not help subsidy for people who choose unhealthy lifestyle.
What is subsidy? Subsidy is a grant made by goverment to some individual or business in order to maintain an acceptable standard of living or to simulate economic growth. And what is unhealthy lifestyle? Unhealthy lifestyle is lifestyle where a person engages in activities that are known to be detrimental to one's health, such as smoking, not exercising regularly or enough, eating unhealthy foods on a regular basis, and not maintaining a healthy weight.
I agree if government should not help subsidy for people who choose unhealthy life style. People have an option they want to choose healthy lifestyle or unhealthy lifestyle. Less then 3 percent of people in America who choose unhealthy lifestyle. Its not the bussiness of goverment to give subsidy to the people who choose unhealthy lifestyle. Because they choose unhealthy lifestyle and if government give a subsidy its not fair. They are sick because of their self and they want help from the goverment. For example we everyday eat junk food and never do exercise and we sick then we have to surgery and we dont have money and we want help from goverment. So it's not fair the people choose unhealthy lifestyle and they get subsidy from the goverment.
If the government give a subsidy for the people who choose unhealthy lifestyle, the people who choose unhealthy lifestyle will increase. People will do unhealthy lifestyle again and again because they know if they sick the goverment will give subsidy. Most people in the world not exercising regularly between the other unhealthy lifestyle.
So if the government give a subsidy for people who choose unhealthy lifestyle, it's not fair beacause the people choose unhealthy lifestyle and then they become sick then they ask a subsidy from goverment is not fair, they make them self sick and they ask a subsidy from the goverment. And if government give subsidy to the people who choose unhealthy lifestyle, the people who choose unhealthy lifestyle will increase. Because they know if they are sick the government will give them subsidy.
